Insurance & Fees

I am in the credentialing process with several insurances, including: Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Medicare, Moda, PacificSource OHP and PacificSource commercial, Providence, Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Trillium, and Yamhill Community Care OHP.

For now, I can offer private pay or you may be able to be reimbursed if you have an insurance policy with out-of-network coverage. I'm happy to connect you with my billing specialist who can discuss options! A single case agreement with your insurance company may be possible.

Individual Session Cost: $175 per session
I offer sliding scale pricing, and may even have a pro bono spot or two.
